Since the firm's inception in April 2007, Cator
+ Co have carried out consultancy work for our clients as well as acquiring both investment and development properties for ourselves.
The firm has undertaken the conversion of a former
barn to a detached
4 bedroom dwelling in Brundall which has now been sold.
We are in the process of obtaining planning permission for the conversion of redundant farm buildings in Bergh Apton, to the south of Norwich.
We have obtained planning permission for a single detached
dwelling within the village of Salhouse and will shortly be commencing construction work.
Cator + Co are presently advising a number of
clients on the re-use and redevelopment of land and property including:
- Refurbishment and extension of two dwellings and the conversion of an old workshop to a third unit in Ranworth;
- Acquiring a site to the east of Norwich with an extant planning permission for 20 residential units and preparing a planning application for an alternative use;
- Preparing a planning application for the conversion of redundant barns to full residential occupancy and holiday homes in North Norfolk;
- Refurbishment of flats and shopping centre in a Broadland town.
